Shipping Policy

Welcome to Healix.in. We are committed to delivering your health and wellness products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available on select orders with an additional charge of ₹40.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or festivals.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner link. You can also track your order directly from your Healix.in account under “My Orders.”

5. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.

6. Undelivered / Returned Orders
If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.

In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the address and reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services and hope to serve global customers soon.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@healix.in or via WhatsApp.

We will initiate an investigation and assist with replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
